Responsibilities
- Develop and document comprehensive testing strategies.
- Lead a team of quality engineers responsible for healthcare systems.
- Build and manage automated testing using Selenium and programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java.
- Oversee functional, integration, and regression test execution in SIT and UAT.
- Monitor testing risks and manage the defect lifecycle through timely resolution.
- Document test results and maintain accurate testing records.
- Ensure testing processes follow quality standards and best practices.
- Improve testing methodologies and processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to support software quality and integration.
Requirements
- Experienced SDET with a strong background in automation testing.
- Extensive knowledge of quality engineering processes and practices.
- Strong knowledge of test automation using open-source tools such as Selenium.
- Proficiency in C#, Python, or Java.
- Experience writing SQL queries.
- Knowledge of testing tools, techniques, and technologies relevant to healthcare administration systems.
