Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build highly available, always-on cloud-native systems for connected IoT applications.
- Implement scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Develop serverless applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Build modern applications using TypeScript, React, and NestJS.
- Develop APIs and communication protocols integrating web platforms, mobile apps, third-party partners, and IoT devices.
- Write automated unit and behavioral tests to maintain software quality and reliability.
- Deploy production code frequently using secure release processes and rollback strategies.
- Collaborate through paired programming and agile development practices.
- Participate in production support or on-call rotations.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and explain technical concepts to product and business teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience with multiple programming languages such as TypeScript, C#, HTML, SQL, Swift, XAML, or PowerShell.
- Experience building and deploying applications on a major cloud platform, including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience automating development, testing, and deployment workflows.
- Experience contributing to or delivering at least one commercial software product.
- Comfort participating in production support or on-call rotations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to product and business teams.
- Familiarity with agile development practices.
- Preferred: experience delivering multiple commercial software products.
- Preferred: experience working across multiple cloud platforms.
- Preferred: background in customer support, analytics, or data science.
- Preferred: experience with functional programming languages.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
