Responsibilities
- Lead customer conversations and translate insights into product features, requirements, and technical plans.
- Design and build full-stack applications while advancing the product’s AI capabilities.
- Move the product from prototype and MVP stages to scalable, high-quality production systems.
- Help define product direction, technical strategy, and company strategy.
- Collaborate with customers and core developers in an early-stage founding team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software engineering experience and a track record of shipping production applications.
- Full-stack experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with LLM design patterns, vector stores, and model fine-tuning.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable products from MVP to production.
- Experience leading customer conversations and translating feedback into product requirements.
- Experience in startup or early-stage environments and strong system design abilities with a practical mindset.
- Willingness to work hybrid from Berlin or relocate there.
