Responsibilities
- Design and build the agentic AI foundation for the company’s AI product features.
- Ship and iterate on AI use cases within real tax advisory workflows.
- Own AI infrastructure end to end, from architecture decisions through production deployment.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing product surfaces across the stack.
- Incorporate feedback from tax advisory teams into product development.
Requirements
- 3 to 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a product-minded focus on business outcomes.
- Proven experience building production agentic systems involving LLM orchestration, agent frameworks, and tool use.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and comfort owning the full stack without low-code tooling.
- A university degree in a relevant field.
- NestJS and/or React experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, or document processing is a plus.
- Background in tax, legal, accounting, or professional services is a plus.
- Prior startup or early-stage experience is a plus.
- German language proficiency is a plus.
Benefits
- Annual salary range of 60,000 to 120,000 EUR.
- On-site role in Berlin, Germany, requiring regular in-person presence; remote work is not available.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
