Responsibilities
- Own core components of the Flutter mobile app, including shared components, design systems, state management, performance, and tooling.
- Build and maintain agentic and AI infrastructure, including custom MCP servers, background agent platforms, and evaluation and feedback loops.
- Integrate agentic coding tools into engineering workflows.
- Improve developer experience through CI/CD pipelines, release tooling, and faster feedback loops.
- Ship user-facing product features alongside platform and infrastructure work.
- Maintain the reliability of the engineering foundation used by the broader team.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of production experience building mobile or web applications, with Flutter and Dart preferred.
- Daily, fluent use of agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar.
- Strong academic background in computer science or a related field from a well-regarded university.
- Strong visual and product sensibility, including attention to spacing, animations, and component quality.
- Clear written and spoken English communication skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-intensity startup environment.
Benefits
- Annual salary range of 80,000 to 110,000 EUR.
