Responsibilities
- Architect and ship scalable end-to-end product features.
- Design LLM-powered agentic systems for reasoning, document extraction, and enterprise process automation.
- Build and refine React and TypeScript frontends, Python backends, and cloud infrastructure.
- Develop secure, resilient, mission-critical AI solutions with strong data integrity and reliability.
- Own the complete user journey and address infrastructure bottlenecks and customer friction points.
- Help shape the product and engineering culture of the early-stage startup.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of production experience building full-stack applications with Python backends and React frontends.
- Practical production experience building and deploying LLM-based agentic systems or AI agents.
- Proficiency with FastAPI, Pydantic, and SQLAlchemy.
- Strong TypeScript and React skills.
- Hands-on experience with PydanticAI, Google ADK, LangGraph, or an equivalent agentic framework, plus prompt engineering fundamentals.
- Experience designing and shipping systems with high reliability, security, and data integrity requirements.
- Experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure for production applications.
- Familiarity with LLM observability, evaluation, or monitoring tools is preferred.
- Experience integrating ERP platforms or enterprise supply chain software is preferred.
- German language fluency is a strong plus.
