Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, manage, and optimize AWS infrastructure and resources.
- Administer GitLab and maintain version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage Docker containers, Kubernetes, EKS clusters, and large-scale deployments.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform and automate configuration and deployments with Ansible.
- Create Python and Bash scripts and tools for automation and integration.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, dashboards, visualization, and log aggregation using Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior team members and promote engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
- Extensive AWS and cloud computing experience.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, Terraform, Ansible, Python, Bash, Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, infrastructure as code, and secret management with HashiCorp Vault and AWS Secrets Manager.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, critical-thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
