Responsibilities
- Build complex, reliable software systems and impactful products across Joom Group’s e-commerce, marketplace, logistics, and data businesses.
- Architect high-load B2B systems and service infrastructure.
- Work on ML-serving systems, AI agents, and LLM-driven internal tools.
- Drive measurable business impact through technical excellence, experimentation, and data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate autonomously with an international engineering team across Portugal, Brazil, Latvia, and China.
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of building complex, reliable systems.
- Deep understanding of the full stack, from infrastructure to ML serving.
- Ability to make decisions grounded in data and measurable outcomes.
- Comfort using modern AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot.
- Strong technical judgment, autonomy, and commitment to high-quality execution.
