Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver software features on schedule while meeting company performance and quality standards.
- Participate in requirements analysis, development, unit testing, documentation, and release processes.
- Write quality code tailored to unique customer needs and configurations.
- Troubleshoot and debug software, with guidance from senior team members when needed.
- Communicate with partners and clients as required.
- Mentor junior Software Engineers and deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Suggest improvements to company platforms and processes.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently with a broad overview of the project.
- Understanding of software development, unit testing, documentation, troubleshooting, debugging, and release processes.
- Ability to develop quality software for customer-specific needs and configurations.
- Ability to mentor junior Software Engineers and contribute to training and knowledge sharing.
