Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality secure, scalable software solutions.
- Own requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support across the SDLC.
- Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of production incidents.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technology evaluations, and proof-of-concept development.
- Conduct code reviews, security reviews, testing, and other engineering quality practices.
- Mentor team members and promote technical knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience building secure, scalable, and resilient applications.
- Financial services experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
