Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work directly with enterprise customers during onboarding and implementation.
- Translate operational workflows into scalable Confido product features.
- Build integrations with customer systems and data sources.
- Extend the platform to support complex financial workflows.
- Identify product gaps and collaborate with product and engineering teams to close them.
- Develop AI-powered document ingestion, retailer and freight portal integrations, financial analytics and forecasting pipelines, internal tools, and customer-facing product features.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong backend or ML/AI background.
- Comfort working directly with customers and ambiguous problems.
- Experience with data pipelines, AI systems, or integrations is preferred.
- A CS degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, product intuition, and interest in early-stage startups are preferred.
