Base Salary
$160k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver working integrations and demos directly with startups, founders, and strategic partners on tight timelines.
- Build polished reference implementations independently and co-create integrations and applications with external teams.
- Serve as a technical lead for external builder engagements and guide architectural decisions on the platform.
- Create playbooks, templates, and reusable approaches to improve the speed and consistency of partner integrations.
- Capture and synthesize partner feedback and collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and API owners to influence priorities and improvements.
- Help define team processes, raise execution quality, and support others working with partners and startups.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical partner- or customer-facing engineering role such as Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Developer Relations.
- Strong hands-on ability to build functional integrations and high-quality demos or reference implementations.
- Ability to deliver complex technical work quickly while maintaining high quality.
- Ability to identify patterns and turn one-off work into scalable playbooks, templates, or processes.
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and driving outcomes with limited structure.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders through clear communication and credible technical insight.
- Experience with startups or external ecosystems is strongly preferred.
- Background in payments, fintech infrastructure, or developer platforms is preferred.
- Experience with AI agents, programmable workflows, or similar emerging use cases is preferred.
- A track record of building demos or reference implementations adopted more broadly is preferred.
