Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into aligned technical solutions.
- Advise enterprise customers throughout Claude adoption, from discovery and evaluation through deployment.
- Support customers building with Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Enterprise.
- Create technical deep dives and business-value content for engineering, IT, and executive audiences.
- Guide scalable architecture decisions and Claude integrations with existing enterprise technology stacks.
- Help customers develop evaluation frameworks for their use cases.
- Identify integration patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering teams.
- Travel frequently to customer sites for workshops, technical deep dives, and relationship building.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
- Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with Python and common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science.
- Exceptional technical communication and relationship-building skills across executive, engineering, and IT audiences.
- Prior government, government contracting, or GovTech experience is preferred.
- US Secret Clearance is preferred for defense technology customers.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field or demonstrated through relevant coursework, training, or professional experience.
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
