Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise applications aligned with functional and technical requirements.
- Design, build, and implement high-availability APIs and microservices using event-driven and cloud-native architectures.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from analysis through production implementation.
- Reduce technical debt, improve maintainability, apply design patterns, and conduct code reviews promoting secure development practices.
- Design testing strategies, improve quality coverage, optimize relational and NoSQL queries and data models, and resolve complex incidents.
- Support digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives while mentoring junior and semi-senior professionals.
Requirements
- More than six years of professional software development experience with Java.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, WebFlux, JDBC, JPA, microservices, REST APIs, OpenAPI, Swagger, and Quarkus.
- Experience with event-driven architectures, Apache Kafka, reactive and functional programming, Maven, Gradle, and unit testing with BDD.
- Knowledge of code review, secure programming, refactoring, SonarQube, and UML modeling.
- Experience with Redis Cache, HashiCorp Vault, SQL Server, Azure SQL, NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
- Experience with Azure API Management, Azure Application Gateway, Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure Blob Storage, and cloud-native solutions.
- Preferred experience includes JavaScript, Node.js, serverless architectures, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Dynatrace, OWASP, automated penetration and vulnerability testing, Docker Swarm, Databricks, networking, advanced NoSQL database design, and ACID/BASE concepts.
