Responsibilities
- Develop and scale high-performance, cloud-native web applications across the frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Transform prototypes, internal automation tools, and predictive models into scalable, production-ready features with product and data teams.
- Optimize backend worker queues, background jobs, and cloud infrastructure for high availability and low latency.
- Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, code quality improvement, code reviews, and automated testing.
- Build dashboards for automation pipeline visibility and integrate with platforms such as UiPath and Gemini Agents.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to mentorship and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience developing full-stack web applications, including complex API integrations and background job processing.
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails, SQL databases, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript technologies, Node.js, and React.
- Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and monitoring scalable applications in a public cloud environment.
- Practical exposure to automation tools, RPA bots, automated agents, or Document Intelligence/Intelligent Document Processing solutions.
- Experience integrating AI-assisted development tools into daily workflows.
- Ability to develop complete frontend and backend product features from specifications or mockups.
- Compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations.
- Preferred experience with AI agents, document intelligence APIs, message brokers, Docker, Kubernetes, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
- Ability to work remotely with a private, quiet workspace and high-speed internet.
- Willingness and ability to communicate through webcam, video conferences, and phone.
