Responsibilities
- Develop and scale cloud-native web applications across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Transform prototypes, automation tools, and predictive models into scalable production features.
- Optimize backend worker queues, background jobs, and cloud infrastructure for availability and latency.
- Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, code reviews, code quality, and automated testing.
- Build dashboards for automation pipelines and integrate platforms such as UiPath and Gemini Agents.
- Collaborate with product and data teams and contribute to mentorship and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience developing full-stack web applications, including complex API integrations and background job processing.
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails, SQL databases, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
- Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and monitoring scalable applications in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Exposure to automation tools, RPA bots, automated agents, or Document Intelligence/Intelligent Document Processing solutions.
- Experience integrating AI-assisted development tools into daily workflows.
- Ability to develop complete frontend and backend product features from specifications or mockups.
- Compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations.
- Ability to work remotely with a private, quiet workspace and high-speed internet.
- Willingness and ability to communicate through webcam, video conferences, and phone.
- Preferred experience with OpenClaw, UiPath, Gemini AI Studio, document intelligence APIs, message brokers, Docker, Kubernetes, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, and RAG.
