Responsibilities
- Develop and scale high-performance, cloud-native web applications across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Transform prototypes, internal automation tools, and predictive models into scalable, production-ready features with product and data teams.
- Optimize backend worker queues, background jobs, and cloud infrastructure for high availability and low latency.
- Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, code reviews, code quality improvement, and test automation.
- Build dashboards for automation-pipeline visibility and integrate with platforms such as UiPath and Gemini Agents.
- Develop complete product features across the frontend and backend from specifications or mockups.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to mentorship and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience developing full-stack web applications, including complex API integrations and background job processing.
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails, SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Snowflake, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
- Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and monitoring scalable applications in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Practical experience with automation tools, RPA bots, automated agents, or Document Intelligence/Intelligent Document Processing solutions.
- Experience integrating AI-assisted development tools into daily workflows.
- Knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations.
- Preferred experience includes building AI agents with OpenClaw, UiPath, or Gemini AI Studio.
- Preferred familiarity with Azure Document Intelligence, AWS Textract, Google Cloud Document AI, RabbitMQ, Redis, Kafka, Pub/Sub, Docker, Kubernetes, prompt engineering, skills.md, multi-agent orchestration, and RAG.
- Ability to work remotely with a private, quiet workspace and high-speed internet, and communicate through webcam, video conferences, and phone.
