Requirements
- 8+ years of backend software engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in backend systems design and high-availability systems.
- Proven ability to define and execute multi-quarter technical strategies.
- Experience architecting solutions for complex, high-stakes domains.
- Demonstrated success in raising the technical bar for a team.
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency.
