Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development teams in designing, building, and maintaining enterprise applications.
- Coordinate development activities to meet quality, delivery timelines, and project objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects on roadmaps and priorities.
- Support the team with complex technical problems and architectural decisions.
- Promote development, testing, security, and DevOps best practices.
- Mentor, coach, and support the professional growth of team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5–8 years of full-stack software development experience.
- Experience managing and coordinating technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of modern application architectures and software engineering principles.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Experience with Spring frameworks, including Spring and Spring Boot.
- Experience developing microservices-based architectures.
- Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL relational databases.
- Programming experience with Java.
- Experience designing and implementing web APIs and REST services.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills with both technical and business audiences.
