Responsibilities
- Develop reference enterprise architectures and transformation plans using SAP best practices and references.
- Provide architecture guidance using RISE with SAP methodology and Clean Core principles.
- Identify AI, BDC, CAIA, and CIS innovation use cases aligned with customer objectives.
- Apply the integrated toolchain, including ITC and BTM, to improve transformation efficiency.
- Advise customer management on architecture and transformation activities.
- Identify and mitigate technical adoption risks.
- Align customers and partners with SAP’s Clean Core strategy and accelerate BTP adoption.
- Guide customer digital transformations and support SAP’s RISE initiative, innovation, and AI adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Informatics, or comparable education.
- 14+ years of practical experience in a multinational environment advising management and working as an enterprise architect and/or transformation advisor.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise business transformation while aligning stakeholder priorities with system architectures and tool-based roadmaps.
- Experience delivering at least one full end-to-end SAP implementation from process design through post-go-live, ideally including support and optimization.
- Technical and/or application-functional knowledge and experience with S/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA.
- Professional training or certification such as the SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework with LeanIX EAM, SAP Certified Professional—Enterprise Architect, or TOGAF is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of SAP strategy, product portfolio, and business impact.
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior management and C-level stakeholders in English and German.
- Strategic thinking, continuous learning, business acumen, adaptability, and understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent English and German language skills.
