Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative large language model architectures.
- Design and optimize neural network architectures for natural language processing.
- Handle and process large-scale unlabeled text datasets for model training.
- Evaluate model performance and implement improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate language models into broader systems.
- Provide technical solutions and make decisions affecting multiple teams.
- Mentor and guide team members and serve as a subject matter expert.
- Advise teams and influence architectural and project decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models, Virtual Agents, and Generative AI.
- Strong expertise in neural network architecture design and optimization for natural language processing.
- Experience processing large-scale unlabeled text datasets for model training.
- Ability to evaluate and improve language model accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with advanced techniques for language generation and understanding.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
