Responsibilities
- Own architecture, delivery, and quality of the consumer app in iOS and Android.
- Design and ship the commerce experience, including payments and order flows.
- Build the computer-vision-based measurement pipeline and accompanying capture UX.
- Develop the BLE/Wi-Fi connectivity layer and device control surface in partnership with firmware.
- Set up and maintain the app’s production infrastructure, including CI/CD and analytics.
- Partner with design on onboarding and error states to enhance consumer experience.
- Contribute to mobile team growth through technical bar-setting and mentorship.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 5+ years of experience shipping production consumer mobile apps.
- Deep expertise in at least one native platform (Swift/SwiftUI or Kotlin/Compose).
- Direct experience shipping commerce features like checkout and payments.
- Hands-on experience with computer vision, including AprilTag and pose estimation.
- Experience with connected hardware such as BLE and Wi-Fi provisioning.
- Strong product sensibility and attention to detail in user experience.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
