Responsibilities
- Understand client and product requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, maintain, modify, and optimize full-stack software applications.
- Write code, resolve errors, improve performance, adapt software to hardware changes, and upgrade interfaces.
- Design and execute test cases and automate software validation processes.
- Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend system installations or modifications.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and project status updates.
- Collaborate with functional teams, systems analysts, project managers, engineering staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, gather feedback, and support smooth, on-time delivery.
- Provide customer-focused communication and respond to customer requests.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities.
Requirements
- Mandatory full-stack MERN skills.
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software development processes, system flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Ability to develop and automate software testing and validation scenarios.
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve performance and availability.
- Ability to document solutions and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
