Responsibilities
- Lead applications systems analysis, programming, design, implementation, and application enhancement activities.
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, deploy new products, and improve processes.
- Evaluate complex business and system processes to resolve high-impact problems and projects.
- Develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards aligned with the overall architecture.
- Build and integrate full-stack applications, backend services, RESTful APIs, authentication and authorization solutions, and Oracle ERP customizations.
- Analyze risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Extensive experience with systems analysis and software application programming.
- Strong expertise in Angular, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs, backend services, authentication and authorization solutions, and enterprise integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP development, customization, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of full-stack application architecture, middleware, APIs, database layers, design patterns, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with database design, SQL optimization, stored procedures, scalable enterprise applications, and Git.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects, with demonstrated leadership, project management, communication, and prioritization skills.
