Responsibilities
- Lead application systems analysis, programming, design, implementation, and system enhancement activities.
- Partner with management and technology teams to integrate functions, deploy products, and improve business processes.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack applications across UI, middleware, API, and database layers.
- Build and consume backend services, RESTful APIs, authentication and authorization solutions, and enterprise integrations.
- Develop, customize, and integrate Oracle ERP applications.
- Establish standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Analyze complex business and system processes and develop innovative solutions.
- Advise and coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
- Assess and manage technology, business, compliance, and operational risks.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Strong expertise in Angular, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience with full-stack application architecture, database design, SQL optimization, stored procedures, and application design patterns.
- Experience developing and consuming APIs, backend services, authentication and authorization solutions, and enterprise integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP development, customization, and integrations.
- Experience building scalable enterprise applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Experience with source control tools such as Git.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects, with demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to adjust priorities quickly and communicate clearly and concisely in writing and verbally.
