Responsibilities
- Lead application systems analysis, programming, design, implementation, and enhancement activities in coordination with technology and management teams.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack enterprise applications across UI, middleware, APIs, and database layers.
- Build and integrate Angular and Java/Spring Boot applications, backend services, RESTful APIs, authentication and authorization solutions, and enterprise systems.
- Develop, customize, and integrate Oracle ERP solutions, including database components and stored procedures.
- Establish standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation while ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture.
- Analyze complex business and system processes, resolve high-impact problems, and define innovative solutions and system enhancements.
- Advise and coach mid-level developers and analysts, allocate work, and demonstrate leadership and project management.
- Assess and manage technical, business, and compliance risks while protecting company, client, and organizational assets.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis.
- Advanced experience in software application programming and systems analysis.
- Strong expertise in Angular, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs, backend services, authentication and authorization solutions, and enterprise integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP development, customization, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of full-stack application architecture spanning UI, middleware, APIs, and database layers.
- Experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in database design, SQL optimization, and stored procedures.
- Experience with frontend and backend architecture and design patterns and source control tools such as Git.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
