Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end development of new user-facing features for Windows.
- Own and improve Granola’s Windows experience through regular usage and attention to product details.
- Optimize the application for speed, scale, and reliability on Windows.
- Work across the React/TypeScript UI and native Windows OS integrations.
- Interact with users to understand problems and design solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and other team members to improve the Windows app.
Requirements
- Have engineering experience at technology- and product-driven companies.
- Use Windows as a primary operating system and have done so for several years.
- Be proficient with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Have experience building and maintaining desktop applications on Windows; Electron experience is a significant plus.
- Be comfortable navigating Windows-specific APIs and tooling, without necessarily being a low-level specialist.
- Be interested in startup environments and fast-paced, evolving requirements.
