Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers through calls, Slack threads, and feedback to understand what is worth building.
- Own product work end to end, including design, planning, implementation, testing, delivery, and customer follow-up.
- Build and maintain software using Go, TypeScript, and React.
- Identify and resolve customer problems proactively before they are reported.
- Share drafts, MVPs, and early work to gather feedback and iterate quickly.
Requirements
- Demonstrate proactive ownership and comfort working through ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Have strong product judgment and opinions about what should be built and why.
- Communicate clearly with customers and teammates through Slack messages, design documents, and technical discussions.
- Adapt plans based on feedback and collaborate effectively across the full product development process.
- No specific prior technology stack is required; the company prioritizes how candidates think.
