Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for technical integrations of enterprise customers by extending and configuring the core product.
- Run tightly scoped projects to build customer-specific APIs and full-stack solutions.
- Maintain deep technical knowledge across the stack for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineers to translate customer-specific work into core product improvements.
- Work with the GTM team to identify customer needs and craft engineering solutions.
- Collect requirements through customer engagements and maintain long-term relationships.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience on a core engineering team with end-to-end project delivery.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in complex organizations.
- Experience working directly with customers to iteratively deliver solutions.
- Proficiency in a systems programming language (C, C++, Rust).
- Experience designing data models in SQL and implementing APIs (gRPC, REST).
- Experience building customer-facing web interfaces using React and Next.js or equivalent.
