Responsibilities

  • Perform security assessments and penetration tests across applications, networks, cloud environments, and infrastructure.
  • Identify, analyze, and report vulnerabilities and recommend practical remediation.
  • Validate security fixes and support implementation of improvements to security controls.
  • Collaborate with development and IT teams to embed security testing from design through deployment.
  • Maintain and improve security testing tools, methodologies, techniques, and documentation.
  • Analyze security incidents, validate indicators of compromise, and prepare incident reports.
  • Monitor threat intelligence, emerging security trends, and technologies, and update testing procedures accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Cloud Security, Application Security, IT Audit, or Risk Management.
  • Hands-on knowledge of penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, security incident response, threat modeling, DevSecOps, DAST, and Kubernetes.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Cyber Security or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CISA, CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Security Specialist, and Azure Security Engineer.
  • Preferred: 4+ years of experience in Cloud Security, Application Security, IT Audit, or Risk Management.
