Responsibilities
- Perform penetration testing across embedded, web, and thick-client applications.
- Identify vulnerabilities using advanced tools and research-driven techniques.
- Conduct reverse engineering, exploit development, and dynamic analysis.
- Assess Secure Boot, Trusted Execution Environments, firmware updates, and cryptographic implementations.
- Deliver security reports, proof-of-concept demonstrations, and stakeholder communications.
- Provide security awareness and advisory support to product teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in penetration testing, vulnerability research, exploit development, or embedded security assessments.
- Strong expertise with Burp, Nmap, Wireshark, OWASP ZAP, and Kali.
- Experience with reverse engineering and exploit development.
- Knowledge of low-level vulnerabilities including memory corruption, use-after-free, and race conditions.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and strong networking fundamentals.
- Experience with AddressSanitizer, UndefinedBehaviorSanitizer, Valgrind, and GDB.
- Knowledge of network protocols, application security, and cloud environments.
- Programming experience with C, C++, Java, and .NET.
- Certifications such as OSED, OSEE, GXPN, GREM, CARTE, or OSCP are listed qualifications.
- Mobile application testing experience with Android and iOS is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and adaptability.
