Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright, TypeScript or JavaScript, and Apex.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
- Create test strategies, test cases, and automation suites from business requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, end-to-end, exploratory, and manual testing.
- Automate API testing and validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams on resolution.
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Build reusable test utilities and improve framework reliability, maintainability, and coverage.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and Solution Architects on product quality.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote automation best practices.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and automation coverage.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of QA automation experience.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce testing experience, particularly with Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, and preferably Commerce Cloud.
- Strong Playwright automation experience using TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce business processes and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with REST API testing using Playwright or Postman.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and working knowledge of Java or Python.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Experience with Git and version-control best practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience includes AI-powered testing tools, Agentic AI, Playwright AI capabilities, self-healing automation, Salesforce Apex testing, Copado Robotic Testing, Playwright BDD or Cucumber, JMeter or LoadRunner, and B2B SaaS environments.
- Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
