Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions for regulatory initiatives in Cash & Payments.
- Leverage GitHub Copilot to enhance developer productivity and software delivery.
- Build and integrate Agentic AI solutions using LLMs for workflow automation.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and deliver AI-enabled use cases.
- Develop RAG solutions using regulatory documentation and internal knowledge.
- Ensure compliance of AI solutions with security and regulatory requirements.
- Promote AI adoption through best practices and mentoring development teams.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or engineering transformation in Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted software development.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI or Azure OpenAI.
- Good understanding of Agentic AI concepts and AI-enabled development workflows.
- Experience implementing RAG architectures and integrating enterprise knowledge sources.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with REST APIs and cloud-native services.
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
