Responsibilities
- Own the Supply Chain Management & Automation (SCMA) organization, focusing on technical systems and business impact.
- Drive critical reliability improvements in platform architecture.
- Build strong cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, and partner teams.
- Define, lead, and deliver group-level OKRs with measurable impact.
- Lead architecture design and review processes from proposal to execution.
- Develop and execute multi-quarter technical roadmaps.
- Identify systemic bottlenecks and drive initiatives to resolve them.
- Mentor senior engineers and elevate engineering standards.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of backend engineering experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong experience in building and scaling large-scale distributed systems.
- Hands-on expertise with Big Data frameworks like Spark and EMR.
- Proven track record in defining technical strategy and leading architecture reviews.
- Demonstrated ability to solve systemic engineering challenges and drive alignment.
- Strong leadership in design reviews and mentoring senior engineers.
