Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and solution design for ServiceNow HRSD implementations with Workday integration.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, defining scalable and user-centered solution strategies.
- Translate business requirements into architecture, process design, and technical roadmaps.
- Architect integrations between Workday and ServiceNow HRSD, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Produce high-quality architecture deliverables and support project teams in risk management.
- Mentor consultants and client teams on HRSD architecture and integration design principles.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Strong experience with Workday integrations and enterprise HR data flows.
- Proven background in solution architecture and technical design.
- Ability to work closely with code, APIs, and integration frameworks.
- Experience in a consultative services environment with large clients.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
