Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve critical backend systems supporting applications and services.
- Develop and maintain web applications in a microservices environment.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Analyze requirements and design technical solutions collaboratively.
- Support internal and external customers when needed.
- Keep current with technologies and software development best practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Java development.
- Experience with Java and migration from Java 17 toward Java 21.
- Experience with Spring Boot, currently version 2.6.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of multithreading programming and JUnit testing frameworks.
- Experience with MySQL databases and Hibernate ORM.
- Familiarity with Git, SVN, and Maven.
- Knowledge or experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Kafka.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
