Base Salary
$175k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with partners to define integration approaches.
- Develop detailed architectural blueprints and technical documentation.
- Scale technical onboarding to reduce integration time with Parafin products.
- Drive technical implementation of new capital launches from planning to go-live.
- Act as the central point of contact for debugging critical technical issues.
- Provide ongoing technical account management post-launch.
- Drive tooling and automation to scale integration patterns.
- Monitor partner integrations and uphold technical documentation standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing technical roles.
- Strong engineering background with fluency in at least 2 programming languages.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts.
- Proficiency with integration technologies like REST APIs and webhooks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a partner-focused approach.
- Comfortable navigating Parafin's codebase, particularly in React, Scala, and Python.
- Proven experience in creating working demos and production applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
