Base Salary
$145k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own customer accounts end to end as the primary relationship and technical contact.
- Build and tailor autonomous agent solutions for customer-specific workflows.
- Configure, prompt, and orchestrate AI agents on Automat Studio across complex and legacy enterprise software platforms.
- Manage and support AI agents powering Workforce deployments, ensuring reliable operation and adaptation to changing customer needs.
- Prototype automation techniques and optimize pipelines for intelligent document extraction.
- Bridge product, engineering, and customer teams while supporting sales conversations and identifying upsell opportunities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in a customer-facing technical role such as sales engineering, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed engineering.
- Experience configuring, prompting, orchestrating, and tuning AI agents on a modern agent platform.
- Web automation experience with tools such as Selenium or Playwright is useful but not required.
- Ample experience using AI tools effectively, such as Cursor, Windsurf, or Lovable.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfort working across the stack, navigating ambiguity, wearing multiple hats, and operating with high initiative.
- Experience as an individual contributor in a startup or other dynamic, high-growth setting.
