Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives on technical sales, discovery, product demonstrations, and prospect questions.
- Deploy and embed the ABM platform and AI components into customer codebases and production AI systems.
- Guide customers on agent monitoring, evaluation strategy, and production-system integration.
- Own multiple customer engagements from initial technical conversation through integration and sustained adoption.
- Translate customer feedback into product direction and collaborate with engineering on prototypes, PRs, and shipped changes.
Requirements
- Experience deploying AI or LLM-based systems into real production environments.
- Ability to learn new tools and integrate AI infrastructure into customer workflows and codebases.
- Ability to translate ambiguous customer goals into technical solutions and evaluation strategies.
- Strong product sense, technical communication, and customer-facing relationship-building skills.
- Comfort prototyping and shipping changes quickly with coding agents.
- Ability to own customer engagements end-to-end and work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Interest in becoming a technical founder in the future.
