Responsibilities
- Deploy and embed ABM platform into customer codebases.
- Integrate monitoring and evaluation into real agent workflows.
- Guide customers through technical decisions regarding agent monitoring.
- Own multiple customer engagements end-to-end for successful integration.
- Ensure sustained adoption of monitoring systems within production workflows.
Requirements
- Experience deploying AI or LLM-based systems in production environments.
- Ability to quickly learn and integrate AI infrastructure into existing workflows.
- Skill in translating ambiguous goals into concrete technical solutions.
- Strong customer-facing skills for explaining complex concepts clearly.
- Comfort in owning deployments from integration to production adoption.
- Aspiration to become a technical founder in the future.
