Responsibilities
- Define quality strategy and drive testing excellence across AI-powered products and platforms.
- Lead the strategy, architecture, and implementation of test automation frameworks across API, UI, integration, and performance testing.
- Drive automated validation throughout the software development lifecycle and establish quality gates in CI/CD pipelines.
- Define and track automation coverage, test effectiveness, quality metrics, ROI, reliability, and execution efficiency.
- Evaluate AI-assisted testing tools, autonomous test generation, and intelligent regression testing approaches.
- Champion shift-left testing and mentor software developers on automation design, maintainability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with Software Development, Data Science, and Product Management teams on AI products and platforms.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables while solving complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks and automated testing solutions.
- Expert proficiency in test automation technologies and programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
- Experience with API, UI, integration, end-to-end, performance, and AI model validation testing.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices, automated quality gates, and test execution orchestration in modern DevOps environments.
- Experience improving automation ROI, test coverage, reliability, and execution efficiency.
- Ability to lead automation strategy and promote quality engineering practices across multiple teams.
- Experience with AI Application Testing, LLM Evaluation, or Agentic System Validation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
