Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous, efficient end-to-end quality engineering function.
- Drive adoption of advanced testing methodologies to improve product quality and delivery speed.
- Develop and improve automated testing strategies and automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with business and technical requirements.
- Analyze testing metrics and feedback to improve automation frameworks and testing processes.
- Guide team members in developing technical skills and applying automation best practices.
- Explore and integrate new tools and technologies to advance testing capabilities.
- Manage team performance, take responsibility for team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in test execution and management is required.
- Expert proficiency in automated testing, test automation strategy, and test automation frameworks is suggested.
- Knowledge of TOSCA, qTest, and UFT.
