Responsibilities
- Support and develop software solutions for PDI products.
- Troubleshoot, debug, document, and resolve software and production issues.
- Perform engineering-level testing to identify defects and optimize software performance.
- Consult with Product Management on solution feasibility and high-level effort estimates.
- Provide case status and risk assessments to managers for issue escalation and prioritization.
- Work with Product Owners to clarify and estimate feature work.
- Provide one week of after-hours support availability every three to four months.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience designing, developing, or maintaining software applications in a software product development environment.
- Proficiency in one or more of .NET, C#, and SQL.
- Preferred experience with SQL performance troubleshooting and tuning.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio and Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, solve problems under pressure, and collaborate effectively.
