Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and support ICT components, cloud solutions, applications, and Microsoft-based architectures.
- Build and advise on public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud architectures, particularly using Microsoft Azure and related technologies.
- Support migrations of IT infrastructures and software solutions to Azure and manage related customer projects.
- Perform and coordinate complex third-level environment activities to maintain IT services, infrastructure, stability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Provide consulting and advisory services to customers, management, and project teams on IT, cloud, and DevOps architecture.
- Coordinate technical activities across technologies and stakeholders while acting as the key technical lead.
- Mentor and train coworkers, research new technologies, and implement automation, optimization, and innovation initiatives.
- Manage key vendor relationships, especially with Microsoft, and drive process improvements, cost optimization, and efficiency measures.
Requirements
- German language proficiency at B2-C1 level is mandatory; English proficiency at B2-C1 level is preferred.
- A Master’s or diploma degree in Information Technology, or equivalent knowledge and experience, is required.
- At least 5 years of professional experience with Microsoft products and technologies, including Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Azure, Azure Stack, MS SQL Server, Office 365, and Dynamics 365.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft product licensing and solution design in an IT outsourcing environment.
- Knowledge of applications, infrastructure, architecture concepts, virtualization, networking, operating systems, and security.
- Proven experience with cloud computing using IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models and with DevOps practices.
- Relevant technical certifications such as MCSE, MCSD, or other cloud or DevOps certifications.
- Experience with project management, quality management, financial literacy, leadership, presentation, negotiation, mentoring, and training.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, hands-on, and teamwork abilities.
