Responsibilities
- Solve complex problems in the daily operation of customer use cases.
- Develop and enhance customer cloud-based business applications.
- Advise customers on OpenStack-based public cloud technology.
- Plan and deliver technical workshops at customer sites.
- Automate consistently using common automation frameworks.
- Work hands-on with consoles, Linux systems, system tools, and network-related services.
- Assess technical solutions and develop creative approaches.
- Mentor and present technical topics to customers and colleagues.
Requirements
- Completed studies in a technical, engineering, or scientific subject, or comparable professional training.
- 5–7 years of professional IT experience focused on modern cloud technologies.
- Very good knowledge of software, cloud, and container architectures.
- Experience with infrastructure automation.
- In-depth knowledge of Linux, system tools, and network-related services.
- Strong customer orientation and knowledge of agile development processes.
- Mentoring and presentation skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- OpenStack and programming experience in open-source projects are preferred.
- Ability to work within the European Union to meet client data security and privacy requirements.
