Responsibilities

Solve complex problems in the daily operation of customer use cases.
Develop and enhance customer cloud-based business applications.
Advise customers on OpenStack-based public cloud technology.
Plan and deliver technical workshops at customer sites.
Automate consistently using common automation frameworks.
Work hands-on with consoles, Linux systems, system tools, and network-related services.
Assess technical solutions and develop creative approaches.
Mentor and present technical topics to customers and colleagues.

Completed studies in a technical, engineering, or scientific subject, or comparable professional training.
5–7 years of professional IT experience focused on modern cloud technologies.
Very good knowledge of software, cloud, and container architectures.
Experience with infrastructure automation.
In-depth knowledge of Linux, system tools, and network-related services.
Strong customer orientation and knowledge of agile development processes.
Mentoring and presentation skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
OpenStack and programming experience in open-source projects are preferred.
Ability to work within the European Union to meet client data security and privacy requirements.
