Responsibilities
- Consult customers on GPU infrastructure and AI platform usage.
- Lead customer onboarding, training, and mentoring for GPU clusters and AI environments.
- Design and implement proofs of concept, including environment setup, data processing pipelines, and deployment workflows.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and tailored architectures.
- Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, fine-tuning, and solution validation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, networking, automation, security, and AI services.
- Develop automation concepts to improve services, processes, and operating models.
- Apply reliability, scalability, and security best practices throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Support monitoring, observability, capacity planning, and GPU utilization management.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience designing and delivering systems based on IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Experience with GPU-based infrastructure.
- Solid knowledge of Kubernetes container-based technologies.
- Expert knowledge of Python or Bash scripting.
- Expert knowledge of Ansible, SaltStack, Terraform, and Helm automation and deployment tools.
- Expert knowledge of CI/CD in Kubernetes environments and repository management.
- Expert knowledge of Git automation with GitHub, GitLab, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Strong experience with Linux operating systems.
- Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, or similar monitoring and visualization tools.
- English proficiency at B2 level; German is an advantage.
- Good communication, analytical, teamwork, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Basic project management and leadership skills, and intermediate quality management skills.

- Base salary is negotiable based on seniority and experience and will not be lower than €3,800 gross, with variable compensation and other financial benefits.
