Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and operate Microsoft, cloud, and ICT solutions and architectures.
- Lead complex third-level activities and supporting infrastructure while meeting relevant service KPIs.
- Build and advise on public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud architectures with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
- Support migrations of IT infrastructure and software solutions to Azure and manage related customer projects.
- Provide technical consulting and advisory services to customers, management, and project teams on IT, cloud, and DevOps architecture.
- Coordinate activities across technologies and stakeholders as the key technical lead.
- Mentor and train coworkers and build internal technical competencies.
- Research and adopt technologies, processes, and methods for automation, optimization, and innovation.
- Manage key vendor relationships, particularly with Microsoft, including licensing and best practices.
- Identify process weaknesses and implement cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- German language proficiency at B2–C1 level is mandatory; English at B2–C1 level is preferred.
- Master’s or diploma degree in Information Technology, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- At least 5 years of professional experience with Microsoft products and technologies.
- Experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Azure, Azure Stack, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft product licensing and solution design in an IT outsourcing environment.
- Knowledge of applications, infrastructure, architecture concepts, virtualization, networking, operating systems, security, cloud computing, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS cloud models.
- Relevant technical certifications such as MCSE, MCSD, or other cloud/DevOps certifications.
- Experience in project management, quality management, financial literacy, mentoring, and training.
- Strong leadership, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a hands-on, team-oriented approach.
