Responsibilities
- Design and build secure cloud platform infrastructure across multi-environment setups.
- Create and manage scalable Infrastructure as Code for complex client environments using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Optimize Kubernetes container orchestration for high availability and resource efficiency.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks for production system health.
- Manage production environments and own incident response and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with Software and ML engineers on production-ready application architecture.
- Mentor and coach engineers through peer reviews and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to maintain environment stability and drive infrastructure projects with minimal supervision.
- Deep experience with cloud networking, security, and identity management using IAM.
- Hands-on proficiency with Terraform or CloudFormation and infrastructure automation.
- Expertise managing Kubernetes clusters and Docker environments at scale for modern ML platforms.
- Strong Python skills for building robust platform tooling for agentic systems.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into solutions and communicate technical trade-offs to engineering teams and client stakeholders.
- May need eligibility for UK Developed Vetting due to government client work.
