Responsibilities
- Build delightful interactive learning experiences inside Grafana.
- Ship features that enhance the learner experience from onboarding to completion.
- Create workflows that enable non-engineers to contribute and improve learning content.
- Support private guides and experiences for users.
- Develop trustworthy progress and completion tracking for learning activities.
- Instrument learning flows to analyze user engagement and identify issues.
- Implement observability as a core product principle.
- Utilize AI-driven development workflows to enhance coding efficiency.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support production software.
Requirements
- Strong experience with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals with a focus on production-grade changes.
- Familiarity with Grafana and its application in real environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively through documentation and presentations.
- Experience in open source contributions or maintainer roles is a plus.
- Full-stack development experience is preferred, with knowledge of TypeScript or Go.
