Responsibilities
- Automate lifecycle management using AWX and Ansible to create reliable, repeatable, and scalable processes.
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines, including integration with external automation.
- Create Bash and Python scripts to automate recurring tasks and streamline operations.
- Independently plan and implement defined tasks on automation systems.
- Design and thoroughly document automation, network, customer, and internal environments.
- Suggest improvements to infrastructure configurations and technical details.
- Train and onboard new colleagues and share knowledge within the team.
- Participate in a shift roster covering nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Support colleagues beyond the core role when needed.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, excluding educational programs and internships.
- Extended hands-on knowledge of AWX and Ansible.
- Strong Bash and Python scripting skills with the ability to create scripts independently.
- Extended knowledge of Linux and Windows systems, databases, and networking.
- Independent, structured working style with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability and motivation to train and onboard new colleagues.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- German language skills are a plus.
