Responsibilities
- Build new features end-to-end across backend, frontend, and agent integrations.
- Add tools and capabilities to AI agents to support new workflows.
- Build and improve integrations with external services such as Slack, email, and calendar providers.
- Collaborate with design and go-to-market teams to identify user needs and product gaps.
- Prototype quickly, ship features, and iterate based on user learning and measurement.
- Work across many systems in the codebase.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of industry experience shipping production software.
- Ability to work across the full stack as needed.
- Strong product sense with attention to UX, correctness, and clarity.
- Pragmatic approach to validating and prototyping quickly before hardening successful solutions.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with engineering, design, and users.
